| Tim Maher - Bass Guitar/Guitar/Vocals Tim has been playing bass guitar for over 20 years. He was schooled as a Jazz/Blues Bassist in the East Detroit Public Schools and at Eastern Michigan University. He previously played in the band "MELODEOUS" where he met Casey. The two decided to go out on their own when Tim kept on stepping on Casey's guitar solo's and the rest is Live Bait history. Tim says the band's name came from the groups inability to decide on a name. "We put 5 names that made the cut in a hat and pulled out Live Bait." Tim also adds "The name kinda sticks to the roof of your mouth, like putting peanut butter on the roof of a dogs mouth does. But that "Doesnt Matter". His biggest musical influences include Rush, The Beatles, WIngs, Led Zepplin, and Little Richard. |
